• All items are MADE TO ORDER and built to your invoice specifications.
• Please allow 2-5 Business Days to fulfill your order prior to shipping. 

• Orders ship Monday-Friday only. [Weekends & Holidays are excluded]
• Delivery time varies greatly on location & selected shipping method. 
• All orders are shipped via USPS with Tracking/Delivery confirmation.

• The package will be shipped/delivered to the address provided on your  Order Invoice. 
• The buyer is fully responsible if an incorrect and/or insufficient shipping address is provided.
• Impure Thoughts is not responsible for lost/stolen packages confirmed as Delivered by our carrier

Payment Details

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal...Your item can be canceled at any time before monogramming is complete :)  We understand that sometimes you just change your mind!

Shipping Policy

All items will ship within 5 - 10 business days via USPS.  If you need it sooner, just let us know. Please make sure all monogramming information is filled out correctly… It is SOOO important to ensure a timely transaction. We also offer combined shipping so if ordering more than one item please message me so I can save you shipping costs :) Once the item is shipped you will receive a tracking number and it will also be updated on your order…  Please check it periodically and let us know asap if there are any issues... USPS during the holidays can be a little tricky :)
